Navigating the New Website

 

Young Living’s new shopping platform has arrived!! Starting July 7, 2021 Young Living will begin the process to bring current members onto the new shopping platform. This process to bring the millions of essential oil enthusiasts over to the new site can take up to 72 hours.

First, there are some important changes to note. Below the changes, you will find several one-minute (or less) videos that show you how to navigate the new shopping platform.

Mid-July, the new shopping platform will be available to everyone, including new customers.

 

Important Changes to Note

 

Updated verbiage

New terms and phrases will be in place on the new site, so make sure to check out these minor changes to ensure you don’t get confused by the new verbiage.

  • Member --> Customer

  • Business Builder --> Brand Partner

  • Premium Starter Kit (PSK) --> Starter Bundle

  • Upline --> Support Team

  • Downline --> Team

  • Crossline --> Cross Team

  • Quick Order --> Shop

  • Autoship Order --> Subscription

  • Autoship Program --> Subscribe to Save

  • Essential Rewards --> Loyalty Rewards

  • ER Points --> Reward Points

  • Personal Volume (PV) --> Point Volume (PV)

  • Member Services --> Customer Service

 

Wholesale discount

All current active members on the new platform will be grandfathered into the 24 percent discount.

  • Everyone who is transferred over to the platform now will get the 24% discount for 12 months. After that, they will need to either have a subscription or place an order of 100PV.

  • At any time during the next 12 months, if they make a 100PV purchase, it will reset that discount clock and give them another 12 months from the date of that 100PV purchase.

  • If no orders of 100PV are placed, they need to have a recurring subscribe to save order (frequency can be every 1, 2, or 3 months) to keep their wholesale discount.

  • Any customers not ordering on subscription or who have not placed a 100PV order within the next 12 months will revert back to retail pricing until they either place a 100PV order or create a subscription.

Subscription orders

All subscription orders that are set for July 7 and onward will still process on their scheduled date and will happen on the new shopping platform.
IMPORTANT CHANGE: Once you’re on the new platform, your Essential Rewards/Loyalty Rewards order will now process at midnight Mountain Time of the date your order is set for. So, if you have your order scheduled for July 11th, it’ll process at 12:00 AM on July 11th. So, please make sure you make any changes to your order on July 10th (the day/night before).

ESSENTIAL REWARDS IS NOW “LOYALTY REWARDS”

Essential Rewards/ER is changing its name to “Loyalty Rewards”. Nothing has changed to the program aside from the new name. You will still need to place a subscription order with a minimum of 50 PV on each order EVERY single month to earn a percentage back in store credit.

  • 10% back for months 1-3

  • 20% back for months 4-24

  • 25% back for months 25+

Subscribe to Save

"Subscribe to Save” is a new feature for everyone! You’ll be able to set up your favorite products on a regular schedule—you’ll be able to set things up to arrive at your home every month, every two months, or every three months. There is NO minimum PV required for a subscription. You do not have to have a subscription order process every single month. Once you’re set up for Subscribe to Save, you can always skip a product if you don’t need it on the schedule you have set up or you can remove that item entirely. Subscribe to Save is OPTIONAL. If you subscribe to even just ONE thing, you’ll receive the wholesale (24% off) discount. Those who have a subscription that processes with at least 50PV are automatically qualified to receive Loyalty Reward points.

New to Young Living

Now, when you're helping someone join Young Living, it’s easier than ever! They’ll have 3 options when they get started:

  1. Purchase any products you want, and pay full price.

  2. Purchase 100 PV (Product Value) of ANY combination of products you want. You’ll be a wholesale Customer and receive the 24% discount for one full year.

  3. Subscribe to ONE thing and receive the 24% discount as long as the subscription is active.
