Courage Roll-On
Ingredients:
10 drops YL Valor Essential Oil
5 drops YL Frankincense Essential Oil
Fractionated Coconut Oil (or choice of carrier oil)
10mL Glass Roll-On Bottle (with glass or metal roller)
Directions:
Add essential oils into the roll-on bottle.Fill the rest of the bottle with carrier oil. Put on the roller top. It's helpful to place the top in the bottle and then screw on the cap to ensure the roller clicks into place completely. Apply to your wrists and over your heart to bring feelings of strength and courage.
The amount of essential oil in this recipe is pretty conservative to meet the sensitive needs of brand-new oilers. As your body gets comfortable with essential oils, you may increase the number of drops of essential oil to create the strength that best meets your needs.
