Respiratory Support
Ingredients:
🧡8 drops YL Raven Essential Oil
🧡5 drops YL Lemon Essential Oil
🧡5 drops YL Lavender Essential Oil
🧡Fractionated Coconut Fractionated Coconut Oil (or choice of carrier oil)
🧡10mL Glass Roll-On Bottle (with glass or metal roller)
Directions:
1. Add essential oils into the roll-on bottle.
2. Fill the rest of the bottle with carrier oil.
3. Put on the roller top. It's helpful to place the top in the bottle and then screw on the cap to ensure the roller clicks into place completely.
4. Apply onto your chest and below your nose for respiratory support.
Please note: The amount of oil in this recipe is veryconservative. You may increase the number of drops of essential oil to create the strength that best meets your needs.
