Rise to Rank

The Rise to Rank challenge is open to brand partners with a primary address in the United States or Canada who either:

  1. Have never reached the rank of Executive -or-

  2. Have previously achieved Executive but are no longer paid as Executive as of January 31, 2022.

OR

  1. Have never reached the rank of Silver -or-

  2. Have previously achieved Silver but are no longer paid as Silver as of January 31, 2022.

Executive Reward

All qualifying U.S. and Canada brand partners who achieve Executive by 11:59 p.m., MT, on June 30, 2022, will earn an Ember Diffuser and a custom, exclusive Select 30 Collection (retail value: $1,682.94 USD).

Silver Reward

All qualifying U.S. and Canada brand partners who achieve Silver by 11:59 p.m., MT, on June 30, 2022, will earn an Aria Ultrasonic Diffuser and a custom, exclusive Premier Aroma Collection (retail value: $5,558.36 USD).

 

You will begin the Rise to Rank challenge at whatever rank you are on January 31, 2022. If at the end of January you are an Associate, Star, or Senior Star, you will be working first toward the Executive rank reward and then the Silver rank reward . If you are Executive at the end of January, you will be working toward the Silver rank reward.

To earn the Executive or Silver reward (or both), you must reach the respective rank during the qualification period, but there is no ongoing rank maintenance requirement. The qualification period starts February 1, 2022, and runs through June 30, 2022, at 11:59 p.m., MT.

Participants who achieve both Executive and Silver during the qualification period will earn both rewards. Those who qualify before 11:59 p.m., MT, on May 31, 2022, will be eligible to pick up their corresponding rewards in person at the 2022 U.S. and Canada Convention in Salt Lake City June 15–18. There will also be a VIP recognition lounge at the convention to honor and celebrate those who complete the challenge.

Rewards will be included in July Young Living orders for those unable to attend the convention or those who don’t qualify until June. For those who don’t attend the convention and don‘t place an order in July, Young Living will ship their reward at the beginning of August.

Per the Young Living Policies and Procedures, any returns during the qualification period may affect reward eligibility.
